Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, refactor, and improve user experiences for donors and entities.
- Lead technical execution of large, cross-team initiatives.
- Break down initiative-level work across multiple epics.
- Partner with designers and product managers to shape the team's roadmap.
- Serve as a technical consultant for complex architectural decisions.
- Develop and champion best practices for platform maintainability.
- Write documentation and establish effective testing and monitoring.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of feedback.
- Create inclusive spaces for team engagement and communication.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
- Expert understanding of technical dependencies and risks.
- Professional experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Significant experience in maintaining large monolithic server-side applications.
- Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coaching engineers and fostering a culture of feedback.
