Base Salary
$130k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies that improve release integrity through automation in CI/CD pipelines.
- Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards for product stability and release readiness.
- Drive internal tooling initiatives to enhance the developer experience.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to identify system-level quality improvements.
- Use data and experimentation to refine quality approaches.
- Develop quality measures that align with the overall quality strategy.
Requirements
- Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices.
- Strong technical foundation in release management and automation frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in test automation for complex applications using languages like C++/C#, GD Script, or Python.
- Proven experience with shift-left quality practices.
- Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing.
- Experience building internal tools that enhance testability and observability.
- Strong understanding of API quality and dependency testing.
- Solid collaboration and communication skills.
