Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and process plans to verify functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Identify defects, analyze their causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Review test cases and scenarios and provide comprehensive feedback to colleagues.
- Use existing automation frameworks to address testing delivery challenges, preferably ServiceNow ATF.
- Compile and analyze statistical testing data and report results.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues and ensure user expectations are met.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures and support compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- At least two years of ServiceNow testing experience or related experience.
- Solid end-to-end functional and non-functional testing experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of performance, unit, integration, automated, smoke, functional, system, regression, stress, and black-box testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience using an existing automation framework, preferably ServiceNow ATF.
- Ability to use IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or CSA certification is preferred.
