Base Salary
$75k - $85k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting customer and business objectives
- Plan, execute, and document manual and automated functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and release-readiness testing
- Maintain reusable test suites, manage defects and test evidence, and verify traceability between requirements and results
- Use JMeter, Postman, Selenium, and Playwright for test automation
- Validate accessibility using ANDI, Inspect DevTool, CCA, NVDA, and JAWS
- Implement features and enhancements with limited supervision
- Participate in code reviews, Agile planning, estimation, sprint activities, and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, business analysts, Product Owners, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CMS Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance
- At least two years of software development experience
- Experience building and maintaining software applications
- Understanding of software engineering principles and development practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred experience with cloud-native technologies and modern development frameworks
- Preferred familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Preferred experience with AWS, Selenium, and Playwright
- Preferred experience supporting federal government programs
- Relevant technical certifications are preferred
