Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test scripts and cases within existing frameworks.
- Execute test plans across endpoint, cloud-based, and microservices-driven security solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to apply quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support the integration of automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with engineering teams to resolve them.
- Contribute ideas for improving testing processes, frameworks, and tooling.
- Use AI-powered engineering and testing tools to support automation development.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation.
- Provide clear updates on testing progress and defect status.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or a related technical role.
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Scripting/programming experience in TypeScript or Python.
- Exposure to or interest in testing cybersecurity products is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiarity with tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and willingness to seek guidance from senior team members.
- Curiosity about applying AI-powered tools to testing.
- Familiarity with Git and interest in developing TDD and BDD skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
