Responsibilities
- Implement and execute automated test scripts for AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant.
- Monitor AI accuracy across staging and production and systematically report integration bugs.
- Contribute to the release testing regression pack.
- Determine the appropriate level of testing for projects at different development stages.
- Create or actively maintain test documentation and support continuous integration processes and tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional QA automation experience.
- Experience writing and maintaining Java code, whether for automation or development.
- Experience with API testing, IT support systems testing, and event-driven architecture testing.
- Knowledge of testing methods, techniques, types, methodologies, and automation tools.
- Experience with BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues and work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Confident Intermediate English or higher.
