Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated tests, performance benchmarks, and security validations for consolidated data platforms.
- Validate data migrations and unified APIs against latency, throughput, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams on processes, standards, designs, workshops, and product features.
- Own workstreams, track progress toward team goals, and communicate status to the Technology Manager.
- Propose and implement improvements to processes, designs, and engineering practices.
- Support changes through production and verify that they continue to work effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, performance profiling tools, and security testing practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex problems.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Critical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, influence stakeholders, and manage personal work effectively.
- Confident Intermediate English or higher.
