Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated tests, performance benchmarks, and security validations for consolidated data platforms.
- Validate data migrations and unified APIs against latency, throughput, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering and product development teams across multiple countries.
- Develop software, define product features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work.
- Own workstreams, track progress, and communicate status to the team and Technology Manager.
- Improve processes, designs, and engineering practices.
- Support changes through production and verify that they continue to work effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, performance profiling tools, and security testing practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams and influence customers and team members.
- Confident Intermediate English or higher.
