Responsibilities
- Own the quality process from the earliest development stages through feature release.
- Build and promote a strong quality culture within the team.
- Perform manual functional, ad-hoc, acceptance, and exploratory testing on desktop and mobile browsers.
- Perform manual UI/UX testing of web and hybrid applications.
- Design and maintain automated tests and test documentation, including test cases and checklists.
- Write and maintain bug reports and other testing documentation.
- Perform API testing and analyze application logs.
- Support product releases from the testing side.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Expertise in writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
- Experience with JIRA and TestRail.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with cross-browser testing on desktop and mobile.
- Experience with cloud testing services such as BrowserStack.
- Good knowledge of client-server architecture and experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience analyzing logs using Kibana or similar tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for communication with teammates.
- Experience with hybrid applications, PWAs, and native mobile apps is a plus.
- Familiarity with GitLab and Playwright/WDIO is a plus.
- Habit of incorporating AI tools into testing is a plus.
- Eagerness to grow into a general QA role.
