Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features and infrastructure end-to-end from design to production release.
- Identify edge cases and failure modes independently within assigned scope.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Design pipeline abstractions that work across multiple teams and tech stacks.
- Build and maintain shared MCP servers and agent orchestration harnesses.
- Own the shared infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agent environments.
- Drive AI tooling adoption through documentation and direct team engagement.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to onboarding materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems at org scale.
- Experience with LLM developer tooling and AI harnesses.
- Deep proficiency in Python or TypeScript with production experience.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Helm at production scale.
- Experience designing shared pipeline abstractions for multiple teams.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
