Responsibilities
- Design and build core infrastructure for AI agents executing complex service workflows.
- Make foundational architectural decisions for the platform.
- Collaborate with the founder to translate product vision into robust, scalable engineering.
- Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards as an early technical hire.
- Iterate on systems spanning AI orchestration and operational reliability.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 or more years of software engineering experience with a track record of building and shipping production systems.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing distributed or infrastructure-level systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, agent frameworks, or AI-adjacent infrastructure.
- Ability to operate with high ambiguity and take ownership in a zero-to-one environment.
- Prior early-stage startup or founding-engineer experience is preferred.
- Relevant background in workforce automation, marketplace platforms, or AI tooling is preferred.
