Base Salary
$248k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Trust Platform.
- Build system and performance tooling to elevate technical quality and operational excellence.
- Champion an AI-first engineering approach using LLM-powered agents.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and cross-functional teams to drive platform capabilities.
- Lead and mentor engineers, raising the technical bar within the trust engineering ecosystem.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in backend and platform engineering.
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience guiding multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Deep experience in building and improving system reliability and observability.
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages like Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
- Experience in the Trust and Risk domain is a plus.
