Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end Data & AI platform from ideation to production deployment.
- Architect and scale company-wide Generative AI capabilities for business AI agents.
- Provide documentation and support for business users to manage AI agents at scale.
- Lead investments in RAG infrastructure, embedding pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
- Serve as a technical anchor and mentor for the AI & Data team.
- Design and integrate AI solutions with internal and third-party systems.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency across business functions.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business users in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply software engineering excellence to ensure reliability and maintainability of AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering or data platform development.
- 3+ years of experience in developing, testing, and deploying web applications and backend APIs.
- 0-1+ year of experience in building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- 1+ year of experience administering AWS platform.
- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML fundamentals, particularly Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with AI agent development frameworks and tooling.
