Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the project.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, making decisions for the team and contributing to cross-team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
- Monitor project progress and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Duck Creek Billing is required.
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Billing is required.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with configuration management and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
