Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users to define requirements for new Layer 1 test framework work.
- Implement, verify, and maintain test framework features.
- Design solutions that improve toolchain efficiency, maintainability, and usability.
- Troubleshoot framework and development-environment issues for software developers worldwide.
- Assist with exploratory and customized testing projects.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled full time in an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a four-year college or university during the co-op.
- Have Python programming skills; familiarity with C is a plus.
- Understand product verification concepts including requirements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Have experience with configuration and delivery tools such as Git, Gerrit, or Jenkins.
- Be comfortable working in a Linux development environment.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong English communication skills.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of real-time embedded systems, multi-core architectures, or 3GPP/O-RAN wireless standards is an asset.
