Responsibilities
- Design and implement metrics, test plans, and simulated scenarios for autonomous-vehicle behavior testing in off-nominal situations.
- Create dashboards to monitor, visualize, and analyze fleet-wide autonomous-vehicle fault rates on public roads.
- Support verification and validation of Fault Protection and Remote Assistance behaviors.
- Build automated Python and SQL pipelines to update, version, and validate test coverage across safety-critical driving scenarios.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a master's program in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Have experience with data analysis or modeling using Python and SQL.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for understanding complex systems and their components.
- Familiarity with autonomous-vehicle technology and systems-engineering principles is preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
