Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and solve business problems with enterprise and data architects.
- Analyze legacy systems and source code, document functional needs and architecture in Confluence, and conduct gap analyses.
- Design modular, scalable functional and technical architectures, including integration points and transition strategies.
- Select technology stacks through proofs of concept and benchmarks and ensure alignment between functional and technical designs.
- Conduct code reviews to enforce architectural standards.
- Coordinate infrastructure migration, modernization, outsourced development, and global IT team activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture covering infrastructure, data, microservices, and front-end systems.
- Experience designing APIs, web platforms, and mobile applications for credit, insurance, or compliance domains.
- Experience with data strategy, integration, orchestration, data-centric applications, big data, and rules engine design.
- Experience with on-premises and cloud infrastructure migration and modernization, regulated environments, and multi-cloud operations.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture components, integration patterns, UML, ArchiMate, ITIL, governance frameworks, network and security architecture, containerization, API gateways, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes; and frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, or COBIT.
- Experience leading Agile teams, coordinating outsourced development, managing global IT teams, and engaging stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- Cloud architecture, Agile, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
