Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and modernize Oracle Fusion Financial applications for the Corporate Finance portfolio.
- Lead hands-on enterprise ERP cloud migration and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance modules.
- Review, audit, and validate functional and technical designs, code, test cases, and deployment plans.
- Provide technical architecture, implementation strategies, industry best practices, and subject-matter expertise.
- Develop and use Oracle PaaS extensions, plugins, and implementation accelerators.
- Work with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and SMEs to guide project decisions and releases.
- Support data mapping from legacy systems to cloud systems using database schemas, relational structures, and data relationships.
- Build or support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle technologies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on Oracle ERP Finance implementation and leadership experience across at least three specified Oracle Finance modules.
- Proven experience migrating large-scale enterprise ERP systems to the cloud.
- Deep understanding of ERP databases, relational structures, database schemas, and data relationships for legacy-to-cloud mapping.
- Strong technical and analytical ability to participate in design meetings and deliver architecture and implementation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS extensions, plugins, and implementation accelerators.
- Strong background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, and Oracle cloud migration patterns.
- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud knowledge for secure, scalable integrations and PaaS extensions is preferred.
- Azure Databricks experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, security, and Oracle ATP/ADW is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or asset management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
