Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug complex full-stack software with high standards for quality and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews focused on component reuse, extensibility, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Implement the product-wide technical roadmap and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives.
  • Plan and execute automated tests to validate software quality.
  • Monitor production applications, identify client issues, and proactively resolve problems.
  • Participate in on-call and help desk rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and raise concerns to management and senior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Development experience with Python and JavaScript; Vue is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, containerization with Docker, and GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  • Experience with SQL databases and writing performance-optimized queries.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
