Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex full-stack software with high standards for quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews focused on component reuse, extensibility, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implement the product-wide technical roadmap and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives.
- Plan and execute automated tests to validate software quality.
- Monitor production applications, identify client issues, and proactively resolve problems.
- Participate in on-call and help desk rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and raise concerns to management and senior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Development experience with Python and JavaScript; Vue is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, containerization with Docker, and GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL databases and writing performance-optimized queries.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
