Base Salary
$79k - $103k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365, and infrastructure applications and tools.
- Create and update SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, applications, forms, components, scripts, and workflows.
- Manage SharePoint and group-site permissions, OneDrive accounts, content types, document libraries, and site structures.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, Outlook, Exchange Online, and desktop, web, and mobile client issues.
- Maintain and support SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365 environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Track issues, resolve them, and escalate to core engineering or Microsoft support when necessary.
- Collaborate with end users and business owners and provide status updates and follow-through.
- Deliver user training, demonstrate SharePoint features, and provide specialized consulting on out-of-the-box functionality.
- Research new platform features and recommend implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of modern authentication, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AD application development.
- Experience with SharePoint site and group-site permissions, OneDrive account and permissions management, and SharePoint fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Outlook, Exchange Online, and related clients.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS for creating and updating pages, components, and scripts.
- Ability to develop, deploy, and manage infrastructure systems on premise and in the cloud.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, continuous integration technologies, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong understanding of single sign-on technologies including PingFederate, SAML, and Windows Kerberos.
- Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive application development, management, and deployment.
- Ability to communicate with clients and business stakeholders ranging from associates to executive and managing directors.
- Ability to independently manage tasks, research platform features, provide training, and escalate issues appropriately.

- Base compensation range of $79,000 to $103,000 per year, with potential additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions depending on the position.
