Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug software as part of a product development team.
- Spend 75% or more of your time coding and contributing to team deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Monitor applications in production and resolve client issues.
- Contribute to technical roadmap initiatives and adopt relevant technologies.
- Plan, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated tests for software quality.
- Take ownership of assigned work from design through production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or related fields.
- 1-2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience developing applications in Python and writing unit tests.
- Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript; experience with Vue.js is an asset.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
