Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software features.
- Use GenAI tools to help plan, generate, and test code.
- Pair-program with senior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Write and maintain automated tests with guidance from team members.
- Help investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs under supervision.
- Participate in team rituals such as standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Learn and apply modern development practices, including Implementing with AI, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
- Interest in learning development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Curiosity about current industry trends in technology, performance, and software development practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Interest in developing yourself as a full stack developer, implementing both Front-End and Back-End code.
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
