Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software features.
- Use GenAI tools to help plan, generate, and test code.
- Pair-program with senior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Write and maintain automated tests with guidance from team members.
- Investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs under supervision.
- Participate in standups, demos, retrospectives, and other team rituals.
- Learn and apply modern development practices including AI-assisted implementation, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Interest in learning development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Interest in developing as a full-stack developer across front-end and back-end code.
- Curiosity about technology trends, performance, and software development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Bilingual French and English is considered an asset.
