Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with customer organizations to deliver critical mission, business, and technical outcomes.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects independently or in small teams.
- Work with organizational leaders and end users to understand problems and develop effective solutions.
- Iterate on approaches and code based on customer feedback.
- Use customer learnings to improve Credal’s core product and custom AI workflows.
Requirements
- Technical, curious, analytical, and creative approach to solving user problems.
- Ability to think critically and empathetically about what will help users over the long term.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with leaders and end users.
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous, messy, and complex real-world environments.
