Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute UI performance testing using Playwright or Selenium with Artillery.
- Write automated tests in JavaScript or Java using HTML, CSS, SQL queries, and API testing for end-to-end coverage.
- Integrate performance and API tests with CI/CD pipelines and analyze results, bottlenecks, and failure root causes.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to triage issues, refine test data strategies, and improve quality metrics.
- Learn and test complex software solutions, including rapidly evolving AI-driven features.
Requirements
- Require 2-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Automation Tester with hands-on UI automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Require proficiency in JavaScript or Java for test scripting and knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and API testing.
- Require experience with Artillery for UI load and performance testing.
- Require familiarity with analyzing automation runs, triaging failures, applying fixes, and reporting results.
- Expect daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or other LLM models for coding, debugging, and test development.
- Preferred qualifications include end-to-end automation experience, basic cloud technology knowledge, Datadog, performance optimization, Jenkins, Allure, Docker, and role-based permission testing.
