Responsibilities
- Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities for GenAI-powered applications.
- Design and implement shared execution patterns, APIs, and services for multi-step AI workflows.
- Develop reliable, extensible backend systems for AI-driven experiences.
- Work hands-on across the stack, from backend services to AI model integration.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product partners to create production-ready capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI-powered systems in production, including LLM integration.
- Experience implementing GenAI workflows like prompt orchestration and multi-step reasoning.
- High proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Expertise in Python and knowledge of GenAI frameworks like LangChain and OpenAI SDK.
- Familiarity with GenAI quality and safety considerations.
- Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Located in and authorized to work in the US.
