Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts and create integrations using web services.
- Manage testing, deployment, maintenance, documentation, code reviews, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development, client-side and server-side scripting, UI configuration, and custom application development.
- Experience with workflows in one or more of ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, and HRSD.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with system integrations using XML, HTTP, REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification and other ServiceNow certifications or micro-certifications are optional but valued.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
