Responsibilities
- Define target-state solution architectures for Wealth and Asset Management transformation initiatives.
- Design technology solutions for client, portfolio, performance, and data-driven reporting processes.
- Analyze application architectures, integrations, technology landscapes, and data flows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, delivery-ready solution designs.
- Lead architecture workshops and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Support platform assessments, technology selection, solution governance, proposal development, and delivery mobilization.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms between business applications.
- Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Financial Services technology delivery.
- At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, or senior technical design roles.
- Experience designing data, reporting, application, or integration architectures.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience defining target-state solutions with business stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Operations.
- Preferred exposure to client, portfolio, performance, or regulatory reporting solutions.
- Preferred experience with Wealth and Asset Management platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, FNZ, Broadridge, InvestCloud, Multifonds, or eFront.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or Power BI.
- Consulting experience in a professional services organization is preferred.
