Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud under senior-engineer guidance.
- Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot failures, support incident resolution, and participate in production support.
- Execute unit testing, assist with deployments, and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with application teams, business analysts, and senior engineers on integration requirements and continuous improvement.
- Support application, API, and data integrations that enable reliable information exchange between business systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in application integration, software development, or related technical roles.
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services, system integration concepts, REST services, XML, and JSON.
- Exposure to MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar integration platforms through coursework, internships, certifications, or work experience.
- Basic ability to develop and support simple integrations and APIs, understand integration flows and connections, monitor integrations, analyze logs, and resolve integration issues.
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
