Base Salary
$78k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create prototypes and perform internal testing of software products.
- Respond to software discrepancies against documented requirements and provide resolutions.
- Determine software maintainability and adherence to user requirements.
- Generate program design language and code based on mission standards.
- Generate and update project documents.
- Analyze and evaluate systems and devise computer specifications for scientific and engineering applications.
- Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers on the design, development, and use of scientific and engineering electronic data processing systems software.
- Provide analysis for the design, development, and implementation of utility, development, and diagnostic software.
- Participate in developing engineering test strategies, devices, and systems.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to successfully obtain a CI Polygraph.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 0–3 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, an AA in a related field with 3 years of related experience.
- In lieu of formal education, 10 years of related experience may qualify, subject to specific contract requirements.
- Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
