Base Salary

$85k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Review innovation problem statements and contribute to prototype designs.
  • Implement software designs within the innovation environment.
  • Review and test software components, document test results, and resolve software problem reports.
  • Document designs, implementations, and test cases throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Contribute software input to system designs, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS decisions, and requirements analysis.
  • Demonstrate prototypes, gather user feedback, and document transition guidance for production capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a software engineer on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing applications and workflows with Pega Platform.
  • Experience building and deploying applications in an enterprise client environment, including deep COTS/FOSS integration exposure.
  • Experience with Linux, Docker, AWS, Pega Systems, SAP HANA, Eclipse Rich Client Platform, AngularJS, jQuery, BackboneJS or other JavaScript frameworks, npm, Node.js, Gulp, and RESTful services.
  • Strong writing, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting the IC/DoD as a software engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or 4+ additional years of comparable software engineering experience accepted in lieu of the degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • Interest in learning and working across many different technologies.
