Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software components and applications.
- Build and operate payment and accounting systems covering royalty transactions, disbursements, advances, financial reporting, and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements, estimate work, design solutions, and launch software.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and improve software quality, customer experience, and maintainability.
- Mentor and lead developers while contributing to team decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and apply diverse software design approaches.
- Experience collaborating on engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.
- Ability to mentor developers and provide constructive technical feedback.
