Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between Engineering and Customer Experience teams.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues affecting user experience.
- Use AI to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Interface with vendor systems using SQL and API calls.
- Commit fixes to backend systems.
- Act as an engineering consultant to automate manual processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of engineering experience with proficiency in a backend language.
- Interest in learning and coding in Typescript.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Excellent written communication skills for collaboration.
- Knowledge of payment systems and familiarity with AWS preferred.
