Responsibilities
- Develop highly reusable, accessible, and performant React components.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Write clear documentation and create tooling for easy adoption of the Design System.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure zero regressions.
- Act as a consultant for product teams on complex UI patterns.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree.
- 4+ years of experience in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and advanced CSS.
- Deep experience with React and its ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience architecting or significantly contributing to a Design System.
- Solid knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
- Experience with testing frameworks and visual regression tools.
- Experience with Storybook or similar documentation platforms.
- A service mindset, enjoying helping other developers succeed.
- Experience with npm package management is a plus.
