Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable responsive web applications using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead reusable UI component development and promote front-end engineering and responsive design best practices.
- Integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize REST APIs, including authentication, error handling, and JSON payloads.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, UX designers, quality assurance teams, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Support application performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, deployment readiness, and production issue resolution.
- Manage source code and development workflows using GitHub, including branching strategies and pull requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern application development practices.
- Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including authentication, error handling, JSON payloads, and API-driven development.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge covering query optimization, data validation, joins, indexing, and performance-focused data access.
- Proven experience with GitHub source control, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience includes AWS cloud-native architecture, performance tuning, scalability, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and globally distributed engineering teams.
