Responsibilities
- Lead development of critical business features such as self-service onboarding and data blending.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Ensure smooth product operation in production using observability and monitoring tools.
- Help hire and mentor other engineers as the team grows.
- Contribute to building a strong developer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality systems with complexity and scale.
- Experience building user-facing web applications.
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric focus with a bias towards action and ownership.
