Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered pipelines and autonomous agents for operational business challenges.
- Integrate and orchestrate LLM-based pipelines end to end, including retrieval and intelligent automation solutions.
- Own AI initiatives from architecture and stakeholder scoping through production deployment.
- Contribute to best practices for LLMOps, model hosting, evaluation, monitoring, and production-grade AI.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, data science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of industry experience designing, building, and deploying generative AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, or equivalent.
- Strong foundations in deep learning and foundation models.
- Experience integrating and orchestrating LLM-based pipelines end to end.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and deliver internal knowledge sessions.
- Familiarity with LLMOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model hosting, evaluation, and production monitoring.
- Good knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
- Preferred: experience fine-tuning LLMs with LoRA or QLoRA.
- Preferred: experience building advanced knowledge retrieval systems with knowledge graphs or context graphs.
- Previous iGaming experience is preferred but not required.
