Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration with model roles, memory systems, tool integrations, MCP integrations, and inter-agent communication.
- Develop prompt and context strategies, RAG pipelines, retrieval quality assessments, grounding validation, and automated evaluation processes.
- Build backend services, microservices, RESTful APIs, and integrations using Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, and cloud-native services.
- Deploy and monitor GenAI applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP using infrastructure-as-code, containers, CI/CD, logging, tracing, observability, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct client discovery and feasibility assessments, rapidly prototype solutions, iterate with users, document implementations, and enable client teams to operate them.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, product specialists, and client stakeholders in ambiguous, cross-functional delivery environments.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, Anthropic Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js; cloud deployment; and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, prompt and version management, and production AI operations.
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and working where requirements are not fully defined.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Neo4j, AI observability, evaluation, governance, safety, compliance, and fluent Swedish are strong pluses.
