Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration with agent roles, memory systems, tool integrations, MCP integrations, and inter-agent communication.
- Develop and optimize agent workflows using LLMs, orchestration platforms, cloud AI platforms, prompt and context engineering, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend services supporting agent orchestration and user interfaces using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Deploy and monitor GenAI applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, logging, tracing, observability, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct client discovery and feasibility assessments, rapidly prototype solutions, incorporate user feedback, document implementations, and enable client teams to operate them.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, product specialists, senior stakeholders, and client teams in ambiguous enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, Anthropic Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with backend development, cloud deployment, and cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, prompt and version management, and production AI operations.
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and working with ambiguous or undefined requirements.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent English; Swedish fluency and experience with AI observability, evaluation, governance, safety, or compliance are strong advantages.
