Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Be a critical part of the technical and product roadmap.
- Build and scale backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Design and ship AI-powered features and automation into the core platform.
- Build shared AI infrastructure and permission-aware data access.
- Rapidly ship new capabilities to customers and internal teams.
- Work embedded with the business to understand workflows firsthand.
Requirements
- Experience with Node.js and other backend technologies.
- 1–3+ years building production systems that use LLMs and related technologies.
- A builder mentality with a passion for experimentation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making decisions on loosely defined problems.
- 3–8+ years of experience in relevant fields.
