Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and iterate on software features across the full stack.
- Work closely with founders, designers, and customers to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Own features end-to-end, from implementation to deployment and iteration.
- Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations.
- Translate technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop both frontend interfaces and backend services as needed.
- Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards.
- Write clean, maintainable code and help raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience building and shipping software in a product environment.
- Be fluent across the stack: APIs, databases, frontend, and backend.
- Care about the craft of engineering and hold a high bar for code quality.
- Enjoy owning problems technically end-to-end, with a focus on execution.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in early-stage environments.
- Collaborate well with product and design without needing heavy specs to move.
- Move fast while keeping systems maintainable and well-considered.
