Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce and nCino solution architectures for enterprise banking and financial processes.
- Provide technical guidance on SFDC development, customization, configuration, Lightning components, and automation.
- Develop integration strategies connecting Salesforce with core banking and financial systems.
- Lead impact analysis, solution reviews, performance tuning, scalability improvements, and environment governance.
- Translate finance and accounting requirements into Salesforce and nCino capabilities supporting reporting, lending, and financial workflows.
- Create reusable architectural patterns, integration templates, design standards, technical roadmaps, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with security and compliance teams on regulatory controls, audit readiness, and secure financial-data handling.
- Provide day-shift technical oversight and issue resolution for critical Salesforce incidents.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SFDC development and customization using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Strong proficiency configuring SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation features.
- Deep practical knowledge of SFDC Lightning design patterns and component-based development.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration approaches, APIs, and middleware-based connectivity.
- Proven experience implementing nCino for lending, onboarding, and other regulated financial-product workflows.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts, transactions, controls, and reporting requirements.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- nCino technical certification is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid work model.
