Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of nCino solutions.
- Gather functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
- Design scalable and secure solutions using nCino and Salesforce capabilities.
- Configure and customize Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Customer Engagement, Deposit Account Opening, and Treasury Management modules.
- Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and third-party banking systems.
- Review technical designs and code for adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Support production deployments and resolve architecture-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 11+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years with Salesforce and 2+ years with nCino.
- Strong experience implementing and architecting the nCino platform.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and application and integration architecture.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- nCino certifications are preferred.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Platform Developer I/II certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, or Gearset are preferred.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, loan origination systems, data migration, enterprise integrations, and cloud security and governance frameworks is desirable.
