Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce architectures across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning implementations.
- Define Salesforce identity, authentication, authorization, data protection, and data-sharing models.
- Architect Experience Cloud portals and user journeys for customers, partners, and employees.
- Plan and oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Configure Service Cloud capabilities including case management, service processes, knowledge management, and omnichannel routing.
- Design and guide Lightning applications and components, including responsive user interfaces and workflow improvements.
- Establish Salesforce configuration standards covering object models, automation rules, page layouts, and record types.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable technical designs with IT and business stakeholders.
- Review implementation-team solution designs and provide guidance on Salesforce security, integration, configuration, and best practices.
- Assess existing Salesforce environments and identify reliability, risk, user experience, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical oversight during build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Develop governance guidelines, reusable architecture patterns, architecture decisions, and solution blueprints.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Extensive hands-on Salesforce identity and security experience, including single sign-on, role and profile design, and data-sharing models.
- Strong Salesforce Experience Cloud experience designing user-centric portals and communities.
- Advanced Salesforce integration experience using APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Deep Service Cloud configuration expertise covering service processes, case lifecycles, automation, and reporting.
- Proven Salesforce Lightning development and configuration experience with dynamic components, page experiences, and workflows.
- Solid Salesforce configuration experience across objects, automation tools, and security controls.
- User experience domain knowledge, including accessible, navigable, and data-informed solution design.
