Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions covering business objectives, value drivers, process models, and data integration requirements.
- Design and architect end-to-end supply chain solutions using the ONE RTVN platform across inventory, supply, demand, and value analysis models.
- Configure and implement solutions involving data modeling, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
- Guide testing, solution analysis, performance validation, go-live support, training, and user adoption activities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and practical solution architectures.
- Provide subject matter expertise, functional leadership, and coordination across cross-functional implementation teams.
- Manage technical trade-offs and partner with project leaders on scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Use SQL and relational database knowledge for solution design, validation, and analysis.
- Lead functional discussions and influence senior client stakeholders, partners, and internal technical teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development and systems engineering experience, including at least five years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems, microservices, or SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, serverless architectures, containers, and orchestration.
- Strong expertise in APIs, messaging, event-driven integration, ETL, data modeling, and storage choices.
- Understanding of security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance considerations.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability tooling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, analytical, technical, and mathematical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, professional certifications such as TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications, supply chain or other relevant industry experience, and familiarity with domain-driven design, event sourcing, CQRS, Kafka, or Pulsar.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps organizations and contributing to platform roadmaps is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
