Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise systems using microservices, micro frontends, and portable application frameworks.
- Lead engineering teams while contributing hands-on as the primary problem-solving contact.
- Drive proofs of concept and technology advancements for emerging solutions.
- Architect and deploy cloud-agnostic applications across multiple cloud platforms.
- Integrate and scale AI/ML models and intelligent features into products.
- Establish DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security measures.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with business, technology, product, architecture, data science, and IT leaders on innovation initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures, including microservices and enterprise-scale platforms.
- Hands-on development expertise with Java, Python, and Angular, including coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Enterprise RAG patterns, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and AI application integration.
- Deep understanding of domain-driven architecture and complex business-domain modeling.
- Expertise with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud-agnostic application design and deployment.
- Advanced proficiency with UI frameworks, micro frontends, web components, and portable application architecture.
- Hands-on proficiency building, integrating, and scaling machine learning models and intelligent systems.
- Expertise in solution engineering and end-to-end system design across diverse platforms.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps, automated testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Health care industry domain knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise development tools and SDLC methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
