Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise systems using microservices, micro frontends, and portable application frameworks.
- Lead engineering teams while serving as a hands-on technical problem-solving contact.
- Drive proofs of concept, technology advancements, and technology incubation initiatives.
- Architect and deploy cloud-agnostic applications across multiple cloud platforms.
- Integrate and scale AI/ML models and intelligent features into products.
- Establish DevSecOps practices, including continuous delivery pipelines, automated testing, and security measures.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architecture, business, engineering, data science, product, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead technical strategy, mentor engineers, and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures, including microservices-based and enterprise-scale platforms.
- Hands-on development expertise with Java, Python, and Angular, including coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Enterprise RAG patterns, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and AI application integration.
- Deep understanding of domain-driven architecture and complex business-domain modeling.
- Experience designing and deploying portable applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency with UI frameworks, micro frontends, web components, and portable application architecture.
- Hands-on experience building, integrating, and scaling machine learning models and intelligent systems.
- Expertise in end-to-end solution engineering and cross-platform system integration.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps, automated testing, continuous integration and deployment, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Healthcare industry knowledge and experience with enterprise development tools and SDLC methodologies are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required; advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
