Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design viable software solutions.
- Recommend process, technology, and interface improvements that increase team effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
- Build software applications across multiple platforms using front-end technologies and C#.
- Contribute to technical architecture, product and solution designs, capacity planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Write software and automated tests, including unit tests, aligned with agreed-upon standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, investigations, analyses, and proof-of-concepts for new and upgraded features.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for deployed products.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to less experienced software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus six years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus four years or a Ph.D. plus one year may qualify.
- Six years of experience realizing applications from design through implementation.
- Six years of experience coding across multiple technology stacks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript with Angular or React, and C#.
- Six years of experience analyzing, designing, and programming in C#.
- At least one year of experience writing unit tests.
- Must live within commuting distance of the Austin, Texas office.

- Base salary of $175,584-$203,610, with possible additional incentive compensation.
