Responsibilities
- Own AI-driven security initiatives and influence solutions beyond individual tasks.
- Initiate and develop proofs of concept using AI and data-driven approaches, then evolve them into production-ready features.
- Design and build enterprise security infrastructure from architecture through deployment.
- Develop and operate scalable backend services in complex distributed environments.
- Contribute hands-on engineering leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, UX/UI design, and security teams.
- Improve reliability, performance, observability, and test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python and production-grade services integrating with SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on frontend development experience with JavaScript and user-facing functionality.
- Experience deploying and operating production systems using Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with distributed environments is preferred.
- Experience building AI/ML-powered production features or working in security, infrastructure-heavy, Big Data, or Spark environments is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, independence, and cross-team collaboration skills.
