Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical designs and workflows.
- Design, build, deploy, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, and features.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications to improve data exchange and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, requests, changes, events, performance issues, integration issues, and application issues across ServiceNow modules.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and other operational metrics.
- Perform ServiceNow system administration, including user management, access controls, upgrades, and data integrity maintenance.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades, including testing, defect tracking, resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage Agile release activities including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily synchronization meetings.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process and system optimization and implement automation where possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
- Experience across ServiceNow modules including SPM, HR, SecOps/VR, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow catalogs, business rules, scripting, workflows or Flow Designer, ACLs, and integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems or using REST API to build integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST API, and JSON.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work with global teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision in a changing environment.
- Fluency in reading and speaking English.
