Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise full-stack applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Use LLM-based copilots and AgentAI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate AI services, RAG-based retrieval, and conversational APIs into enterprise systems.
- Architect scalable frontend and backend solutions and optimize API design, data flows, and AI-assisted user experiences.
- Act as a liaison between traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, compliance, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Solid foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development.
- Practical understanding of RAG and LLM limitations.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java and Spring Boot; comparable backend experience with .NET/C# or Python is also described.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted productivity; model training and ML architecture design are not required.
