Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation.
- Help customers integrate Codes into their existing workflows.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to ensure full organizational adoption.
- Own the final stages of enterprise implementations to drive contract value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to facilitate successful implementations.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to influence retention and expansion.
Requirements
- Enjoys working directly with customers.
- Technical proficiency to debug integration issues with customer engineers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous, high-stakes rollouts without a playbook.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical account management, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
