Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to design, build, and optimize backend services and platform infrastructure for the Aptos blockchain
- Develop scalable APIs, indexing services, and data pipelines supporting trading data access
- Build and maintain trading infrastructure
- Write clean, performant, well-tested, production-ready code
- Collaborate with protocol engineers, infrastructure teams, and product engineers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping scalable backend systems
- Strong backend development experience with Rust, Go, C++, Java, Python, or a similar language
- Deep understanding of systems programming concepts
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design
- Ability to solve complex problems, work autonomously, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure, indexing, or node operations is a plus
- Web3 experience or familiarity is a plus
- Background in payments, DeFi, or traditional finance is a plus
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and code quality
